I put in the wrong shipping address, now what?!
Contact us asap and we may be able to update your order to the correct address. However if it's already shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs are calculated on your country's location and weight of your package.
My order shows it's delivered but I did not receive it?
We count on USPS to deliver your package once it's shipped out. If you believe your package is missing, we suggest you file a claim at www.usps.com.
If you chose Route Insurance at checkout, a replacement will be 100% covered via Route. Your order, if we have the product in stock, will be sent out within 72 hours of the claim being filed. If we no longer have the product, we will reach out to you via email.
Rustic and Ruff is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages if Route Insurance was not purchased at checkout.
How do I wash my bandanas?
As each bandana is handmade, it is recommended to hand wash with cold water and leave it out to air dry. Machine wash at your own risk.
